As an American I don’t root for many fighters across the waters but early on in his career I took a huge liking to AJ. Thought he would be one of the greats. He didn’t turn out to be that. Weird sort of arc to his career. He’s been pretty good but the term “great” won’t be attached to his legacy IMO

The weird thing I noticed about this, was what this was a lesson as to what being in shape n young is about. Notice Daniel and AJ didn't need to use their arms to propel themselves from their chair. They just effortlessly used the strength from their legs n core to elevate themselves. Where as Eddie n Frank needed their arms to push themselves out the chair.
