You need to research the FDA requirments to sell food prepared in the US, you need to incorporate your business, you need to hire staff, you need to come up with a recipe for your product, you need to source all the ingredient required to make the product, you need to store the ingredients, you need to determine the shelf life of the product, you have to manufacture the product, you need to have the product health inspected, you must market the product, you have to deliver the product to the consumer.
