The movie is beautiful, but I am confused as to why they didn’t stay closer to actual history. The true story of the Brontë family is more dramatic than what they changed it to with their artistic license. And people are going to go around thinking that’s what happened. Charlotte was published first. Emily was published two months later and Ann the next year. Branwell was alive when they were all published. Branwell, Emily and Ann died in quite quick succession of each other.
