Therefore the President has no role in elections. 2a) Pressuring state election officials to change the results is not an official act. 2b) Persuading fraudulent electors to claim to be real electors is not an official act. 2c) Pressuring the Vice-President to overturn the results of an election is not an official act. 2d) Leading an insurrection to overthrow the government is not an official act. 3) For those people who said "Well, he was using his authority to enforce the laws to investigate reported election fraud", his own hand-picked Attorney General said after their investigations, there was no outcome determative fraud. His own hand-picked head of Homeland Security said after their investigations, that it was one of the most secure elections in US history. None of the hand counts in all of the swing states changed the results in a single precinct, let alone the state. He hired his own pro-Trump group to do their own "audit" in Arizona, and they found more votes for Biden and fewer votes for Trump than the official count. He hired another pro-Trump group to "audit" Georgia, and they found more votes for Biden and fewer votes for Trump than the official counts. He (and his surrogates) lost 61 of 62 lawsuits. Every single piece of evidence says there was not outcome determative fraud, but he would not accept that.
