‘Game-Changing’ Microscope Will Benefit Vassar, Other Local Colleges 

Vassar College Associate Professor of Psychological Science Hadley Bergstrom and student Sloane Boukobza '24 speak about the $1-million, next generation Leica Stellaris 8 confocal microscope acquired by the college in fall of 2023. Obtained via a grant from the National Science Foundation, members of the science faculty say the microscope will greatly enhance research opportunities at Vassar and other nearby colleges in the Hudson Valley.
