unfortunately i feel your pain, we’re being stung $400 a week for a room. We’re watching all the homes in our area surpassing $640k and the land is all 300k plus too. The rates and inflation is the entire reason we will never own a home of our own. And the home we get will be the most ragged rundown should be condemned pos ive ever thought of. I really hope for you man that the rent doesn’t rise further, but unfortunately, i feel like if theres a mortgage on the place you’re in, its inevitable

@@taylaharvey9536 I know whats coming for me and its inevitable I will become homeless sooner than I think because rents only ever get more expensive not cheaper and know of others in share accommodation getting robbed and bulled abused by housemates living with them constantly wherever they move by criminals in these places so a tent looks likely for me at this point .
