An alien who has gain illegal entry is not an immigrant. Immigration is a legal process. The office of the Department of Homeland Security has stated that an immigrant is a person lawfully in the United States that is a noncitizen and doesn’t have nonimmigrant status. In order to have immigrant status you must be able to be part of the immigration process. You coming over here isn’t enough. That is a migrant. The allowance for you to stay over here defines your immigration status. And the vast majority of them coming over here know they don’t have a true asylum claim in hopes they’ll get lost in the system and their unborn kids will falsely get citizenship because the majority of Americans don’t understand how to be subject to a jurisdiction. It sucks separating these families but we do not incarcerate minors with adults for a reason. These adults have committed crimes against this nation and should not be treated any differently. And if you believe that someone’s motive is out of hate then you might need to do more research on the matter then what your heart allows. Even Supreme Court rulings are swayed by emotions and go against common practices. This is why we begin to have these conflicts. They’re not approached within the realm of reason.
