What we need is education, reason, we need an educated electorate to elect people of integrity and we do not need attitudes instead of opinion, we do not need Reform we need an electorate that understands what it votes for, and realises that waving flags, clenched fists and utter illiteracy is not any more than performance by people who have voted for the Tories for fourteen years and Brexit without the slightest idea what they were doing and what it entailed. That is what we need, but to obtain that we need an educated electorate who has information on Science, Technology, languages History, Economics provided by serious journalists of calibre, we need in short an electorate that understands the implications of our Geography,, a knowledge of our history, a knowledge of European History and if that sounds idealistic, I can only say that the Bacca in France, the Matura in Italy, the Arbitur in German offer that in preference to our absurd A level. This is not new, it was the subject of endless discussion and lectures by people who were worried by the British Education System. and what it has produced? ,Farage, Johnson who is innumerate ,Anderson who is crude, vulgar and ignorant and a group of flibinite fraudsters like Truss, Johnson and Rees-Mogg. That is what we need. We need a generous culture, and I wonder how many of these fist clenching cretins know anything about British Culture?, History?. A true leader would tell you these things, a true leader would try to educate you out of attitudes.
