If you had kept his statement as is, and without cutting it in half to make it sound more ominous, this wouldn't be as big of a deal as you're making it. The SIN OF OMISSION. The temporary worker status was a piece of paper signed into law by the Biden Administration and given to the illegals that came to the USA. They came mainly for JOBS.
