Thank you for offering something simple and it is a profound experience that really does allow you to catch yourself from falling into identities that are oneself ! So good to revisit with you again as I have come quite far from the person who 30 years ago said to myself the Buddhist have something but I do not feel empty but felt awe and respect for what was in Buddhism even if I did not know what it was.
