1:54, the reason he should cut down to 170 is because people that compete at 185 don't walk around at 185 like this guy. He might be very good but he can't "beat them all." being a natural 185. Look at Stipe vs Nganou 2, Nganou walks around ~300 lbs, cuts to 265. Stipe walks around ~240-250 and after camp is 235. It's not "so simple" like this man thinks it is; however, I will be entertained if he proves me wrong.
