No tax on tips will encourage low skilled people to get a job instead of taking hand outs, no taxes on overtime will encourage workers to work harder, and no tax on social security will encourage the elderly to spend which helps the workers, brilliant.

No annual property tax period. A one-time purchase tax is enough. Especially since most home buyers use a mortgage, which is subject to interest by itself. How does the county justify collecting tax on a property owned by the banks. The people who have the loan don't technically own the property yet and it's a liability.

No tax on overtime? I’m a retired RN from Hawaii. I used to pay $20,000 per year in taxes just from OT! I paid 50% of my income in taxes between state and federal for years. This is why I was often times the only nurse on my unit that would volunteer to work any overtime. In fact there was a point during the late fall I had to stop working because when my income had reached a certain amount, if I made one single dollar over that amount, I would immediately have to pay $15,000 more in income tax for that year!!!!

Prices need to simply come down. Nothing needs to be done with tips. Restaurants are now charging 50% and starting suggested tipping at 18%,some places trying to guilt you into tipping, and many people feel entitled for a tip.... if inflation was lower and food/service cheaper, the consumer would have more money to tip. Inflation is causing the consumer to tip more to help these employees have better wages, whereas that's the employer's job to provide fair wage....
