Great podcast guys… Love the break down on college players throughout the draft. I dont think the Giants will trade up and give up the farm for a quarterback. I think they will let the draft fall to them and pick the best player available. Hopefully they fill positions where they have holes. Excited for Thursday, keep up the informative broadcasts!

On the QB talk, couldn’t the Giants like both Maye and JJ? Obviously they like one more than the other but they may be happy with both. Id also push back on the Luck v McCarthy thing. Luck averaged 28 attempts per game. McCarthy is at 23 if you take away his freshman year where he mainly ran the ball. Id say that’s bc Michigan was blowing teams out. Rushing attempts per year/game are similar too. Edit: I agree that we don’t know McCarthys ceiling. I think if you choose a random year and look at the QBs ranked from 7-10. I think he can get there.

Andrew Luck's first season with Jim, they threw 24 passes a game and ran 41 per game. They were not pass heavy at all. His final year, 2010, they still ran 41 times a game.

My Guys! A tradition unlike any other. Regarding RAS, I think they should be indexed to trailing 3 or 5 years of scores, to get relative results. Or for those who passed statics, 1 std deviation above the mean, etc [nerd alert].

with the giants ol being one of worst for several years. no one said manning was bad, but now jones is terrible ! 75 sacks last year with 3 different qb. this is not just a qb problem. if the qb is running for his life or flat on his back, its hard to throw the ball or complete a route
