Ben was just the obnoxious hobbit that tortured her, still is, the whole enemies to lovers thing is a tripe the writers had. Devi was an obnoxious Brat to him too remember, you're making it seem like Devi is a vulnerable angel that did nothing wrong. Yeah devi made paxton a better person but that doesn't mean they are better than benvi as a couple. Devi is more like herself when she is with Ben. And don't even make come at that real chemistry which is mostly you and everyone at sherman oaks getting thirsty for Paxton's hawt body.
Team Paxton- I thought in the end both Devi and Paxton had changed and grown- and were such a cute couple together... I thought he was just going to come thru her window again near the end and have a real heart to heart and that would be the sweetest ending!

I love this show so much, I hope they come back in the future, I liked how things ended with Paxton and Devi being friends and I like Ben too, but just like they asked, I don't think they would last through University. 3:53 the best part HAHAHA. Even tho I am always been team ben and I stood on it. I acknolege paxton`s imput and they chemestry ( I think Maytrei just have more sexual chemistry with daren, they just had more steemy sceens) And I always feel lack of sexual vibes between benvi ( throuth 4th season they tried to catch up, but it was to fast).. I complitly Benvi endgame.. but I felt a bit disappointed with this season... i had wait that they more figured out themself,/.. I truely wanted to see how they relationship can developed... those sensetive sceens were amazing , but it is to littel for me to compleatle feeled this choise of endgame.... being hones I felt more friendship vibes in Benvi... and I will blame fast prodaction... becouse I thing it could be made better, more subtel. Same girl. Ben was an ass to her all the time, and they gave off so much more platonic/brosis vibes imo... its fine if she didnt end with paxton and wanted to learn more about herself and grow etc, but she didnt need to end with frickin Ben, i didnt see it.
They were an ass for each other but also been there for each other the whole time!!! Like in every low point! When her friends leave Devi, when Paxton leave her, when everyone in the world is calling her crazy, Ben is the one who's with her. I get that daxton team is mad (he deserve more screen time in s4 though since he's graduated there's limited option to do that), but I feel like those who keeps saying ben bullies her or was a jerk to her didn't watch the whole show?!
@@elia_simon no people change and it takes away from their mistakes because past is past and unless you've done something so detrimental to somebody you can be forgiven . And oh please remember that devi cheated on ben in 2nd season too, she was not sunshine and rainbows all the timei,she made mistakes just like Ben. Paxton is a nice person now, he learned to be ambitious, he's still smoking hot yada yada but he doesn't have the fiery chemistry with Devi that Ben does have, and plus Ben is more compatible with Devi.

I agree with maitreyi, devi and Paxton scenes were just magic and iconic and wholesome and they both helped each other grow so much. I understand why it didn't happen but I'm totally team Paxton. Their scenes with the soundtrack made the show imo
When they kissed on the “Heat Waves” beat drop I immediately went to RU-vid and watched the video and it was almost as if it made sense for them to kiss on the beat drop
I liked the ending, not because it's Team Ben, but because in the third season it was seen that he had already overcome it and for me it wouldn't make sense for them to have something romantic again, because it would be very forced and not It would be so logical that she would get over it and have something romantic again and as she said, he was just a dream and that helped her grow, which is what the series wants to show.

Ben loved Devi for all she was and that love was never shaken since season 1 no matter what he knew about Devi..but paxton only liked Devi because she was different and confident and pushed him not because he actually loved her..there wasnt that depth…ben unconditionally loves Devi and Devi is never gonna find someone like Ben…and ben is never gonna love someone more than he loves Devi…but paxton would…and Devi had an obsession with paxton just cause of looks it was not based in true love like ben’s love towards Devi was…and so that obsession comes from subconscious issues with Devi that she needed to heal and when she did she realised that she never really loved Paxton, and the only reason they stayed friends is because of all of the history and them actually supporting eachother and Devi helping Paxton etc…but if Devi never approached Paxton at all then after she healed she would’ve just never had Paxton in her life cause there would be reason too after she realized she does not actually love him and nothing actually happened between them for them to stay friends or anything…so nothing beats team ben…that kind of love is rare especially in high school for someone to love you and everything about you and no matter what flaws you think you have their love never wavers it only strengthens, that kind of love is once in a lifetime and so team Devi and ben for life and for sure they will stay together even after college and maybe for the rest of their lives..they might have fights or end up with different careers but they would always find their way back to each other because simply they would never be able to find that kind of love or forget it… Also Paxton and Devi were more of a karmic relationship like it existed just to teach them lessons about themselves so that they can heal quicker and that “romance” wasn’t really real because it was just there until they realised the lessons and healed after that the romance dissipated…and they remained friends which is the healthy ending to such relationships so that both can move on with pure hearts without starting another karmic cycle for themselves

I always believe that Ben is supposed to be Devi's romantic partner while Paxton is more like.... Devi's soulmate bestfriend (???) Devi and Ben are meant for each other, you can see it from their chemistry, their understanding of each other, their continual 'loving' debates, and their intelligence. They will definitely make it in the long run. While Devi and Paxton, they make each other grow and their advice for each other is life changing on both parts. Personally, I prefer Daxton scenes more because they feel really heartwarming. But I'm glad they remained friends because that's how they're supposed to be

I agree with what they said. I am team Paxton but i think that if they had end up together in the final, they would break up in college at some point. The same way i see Ben and Devi break up and hurt each other at some point in college. College is just a too much changing phase in life. I love how Paxton and Devi ended up as friends, because it is just so genuine. They are really different but they complement each other really well and bring a different side of each other that is just so pure idk. I can see Ben and Devi break up in college, just agreeing to be good friends that can always count on each other. But one day, when Devi is all grown up, after college and has already a job and all that, she meets Paxton again in some way and they just rekindle their relatonship. Because i think the vibes are not over at all between them. They have just hit pause.
