I knows how you feel bud lost 3 grandparents in one year 3 years ago and I lost my uncle richy to covid19 Sunday of this week and I couldn't get to go to his funeral RIP his soul and others due to this virus
At this point in the game people can't still be crying that they didn't know or can't believe that they've lost a loved one to this virus. I have a friend who was diagnosed with covid along with her 17 year old daughter after flying to south dakota for her mothers funeral. Her mom had terminal cancer and had been told two days earlier that she had three months left. She and her daughter were wearing masks at the crowded funeral and while helping to go through her mother's things and her family was telling her how stupid she was. Hugging them and stuff. And a couple of days after she got back home she woke up covered from head to toe with a rash that looked like blisters. It was a covid rash. She and her daughter tested positive and that's when she found out that all three of her brothers had covid while they were there and that her mom likely had it as well and that's why she went downhill so fast. She had already been cremated so by that point it was too late to know. Two weeks later her perfectly healthy 40 year old brother died from a heart attack which is a known complication of covid pneumonia. And while her brother was sitting there on oxygen and fighting to stay alive his wife and sister went bowling. No masks on or nothing. Her sister had been planning on flying back to her home state but my friend called the airport and told them her name and that she has been exposed to covid and refuses to wear a mask or take a test. So she's on a no fly list and mad about it. And the worst part about all of it is that they used the same mortuary for her mom and brother, and when the guy picked up both of the bodies he was not wearing a mask, gloves, or any other form of PPE. Dead or not you would think that there's still some sort of risk. Masks are effective in lowering transmission rates but they don't do much when everyone around you is infected and don't care. It's disgusting that people are so callus.
IIt's kind of hard to be kind when some people are flaunting their irresponsibility while looking for sympathy and you've been sitting in the house for nearly a year because of people like him. Covid isn't going to go away because people still think it's a joke or conspiracy theory. The man being interviewed was exposed as well and not wearing a mask. No concern for the camera crew or reporter. Sometimes you need to say F their feelings and slap them with a big dose of reality.
