But, the recipe I know, you need to add sugar to the boiling milk too and it is usually in smaller portions and never with a popsicle 😲 It was estrange for me too. There is also a beverage "leche preparada" which is milk with lemon, cinnamon and sugar, you boil it and then you put it in the fridge and serve as you like in summer. I suppose it is a normal drink in other countries.
