Yes Mary has tried to persuade them to sell the shirt. Millie bright wanted one for her niece as well. If we win then they will have to sell goalie strips for the next tournament
Mary Earps and Sam Kerr. Strange connection between the two. There hasn't been a single match with the two on opposing sides without Sam Kerr beating Earps at least once, be it clubs or national teams.
@@kimbirch1202there's no way you actually think the women are more skillful. Surely you're trolling or just have no idea about football. The mens team would beat the women's team at least 10-0 😂
@Adam-zh4hm Your argument is insane. Everyone knows that a men's team would beat a women's team, simply because men are bigger and stronger. So what ?? You are not comparing like for like, and it is just plain stupid to knock the women's game on such a ridiculous premise. It's just silly little misogynist boys who do so. If you don't like women's football, then don't watch it. Millions do enjoy it, which seems to annoy the silly little boys. Grow up.
On paper, England should have an easier time beating Spain than they did Australia, considering Australia are England's only defeat under Sarina Wiegman.
The thing is, England now have world class training facilities. Something they didn’t have in the past. You can already see it is having a positive effect on the international teams, men’s and women. But, only the women have won anything atm. But, the men have reached a final and semi-final recently. Which is a vast improvement from previous tournaments.
Fun Fact: If you don't realize carefully, England and Spain have only ONE World Cup at their hands, though it's for the men's team. England won it in 1966, while Spain did this in 2010.
Bright should not of backed off Kerr and allowed her run and run and get closer to the goal bad defending. Earps need to get springs in her feet because she is rooted to the ground for a second time in this world cup.
England will have to be very weary of Spain in the World Cup final, that’s for sure. They are extremely dangerous as shown at the euros last year, when they were 8 minutes away from knocking England out of the competition
They'll win easily over Spain. Once the US went out, England became the obvious favourite, especially playing Nigeria, Colombia and Australia to reach the final.
Its a women's team not the national men's team. The girls cannot claim that its the first time since 66. It's the first time for the girls, end of. The real team has still to do that, but I don't think I will ever see it.
Unfortunately, they’re the best national team we can muster right now. After spending most of the last fifty years rooting for the men, I finally have something to smile about. England should be very proud.
The goal that gave you the victory against Spain in the European Cup is preceded by a foul, but you were playing in your country and you had refereeing favors
@@FootkerSnookball i agree, she would say the same, her expectations of herself is so high, made key saves throughout the euros and in this tournament too
