If these people wanted something done they should of contacted TPWD instead of waiting tor the HOA! TPWD are responsible for handling and addressing this issues
Until the alligator attacks and someone gets hurt or dies then they can file a lawsuit against the HOA for not doing anything about it before people need to call animal control
