It’s not the police who can do that.. it’s the top of government, governors, congress, DAs etc.. the police can only enforce the laws.. that’s why our streets are full of drugs, robbery, gangs, sx criminals etc.. because they put a stop to the police being able to actually do their jobs.. protecting the citizens. When the upper government passes laws that we can not vote on the police are only able to fill out the paperwork and the criminal is released per the no bail policy set by the governor 😡 People need to vote wisely and not just because they belong to one party or the other… they need to research each candidate and their beliefs etc..
