Most damaging statement to own statement by Asiedu Nketia was: “l only brought a sample.... “. So who did Asiedu Nketia expect to go and fetch the rest of the figures for him? And to add he is not in court to challenge who won the election but to question the conduct of the EC chair. The petition was lost right there.

If the court found a little suspicion of credibility of the petitioner's claim, the case will be dismissed. I am watching this proceedings from afar. I can conclude that NDC has no case.
So the court has no got video play back equipment? I’m referring to where Aseidu was questioned on the press conference statements. Judges debating on this, simple show the video in exhibit and cross examine simple.

One key fundamental that goes to the NDC is that if the errors are not enough to change the results in this case proving that no one won 50+1 then the judges will rule for the second respondents. Consolation would be that the EC put better structures in place to avoid future occurrences. This is coming from the petitioners lawyers wanting to play the declaration video I think to make a case of erroneous statements but still judges are only concerned with evidence. Here the key is did someone rightfully gain 50+1? If yes then the rest is lawyers postering at worse.😂😂😂 Attacking witness credibility is not weighted in this case because it’s more like numbers evidence. What am surprised by is the loose evidence NDC is presenting. The interrogatories has really affected them because it was key to ask or probe like police not having enough evidence but still want to question you to gain more evidence or cause you to incriminate yourself to use against you in court. 2013 law on election structures I think NDC should haven’t signed onto it perhaps got emotional about the lengthy 8 months trial but now it’s really have affected them. ie interrogatories! 42 days seems to short hopefully by the end of this they will put better structures in place so that it’s fair to everyone. I think putting your hopes on interrogatories is just wrong the lead council have disappointed JM. Peace to Ghana PS-assumptions of guilt is not guilt, unless proven with evidence. The way the structures are no EC person can rig it but both parties are guilty of this by painting EC as corrupt I think 2/3 of parliament should choose who EC is or the whole Ghana vote for who EC should be not chosen by any president. In the 2013 petition there were figures to show that there was over voting in 10000 polling stations. Votes counted were more than the people who actually voted. That's why 4 judges supported the petitioner. Looking at what is happening the case will be dismissed unanimously because the ndc have no case.
You are right, but like accounting, many courses in our law schools need to be updated. Regarding the current subject, the lawyer would be said to be "badgering the witness" if It were in the United States. They have stopped saying "I put it to you." 😄😄😄
It is proper to ask someone to repeat the question if you are not sure you understand the question. It is better to be clear than to give wrong or bad answers.the court is not a place to play, so I think what he did was good. It even looks to me that even the lawyer was making some mistakes.

Some people always want to cause polical trouble thereby delaying investors from investing in the country.
It would be very sad if in the end, Mr. Asiedu Nketia and many other NDC top officials who propelled the masses to violent acts relied on wrong data as the proceedings are going. Respectable politicians should be very very careful when speaking, especially during and after elections. I am keeping eyes on the case.
