My niece was a full time student at WSU’s Pullman campus when the murders occurred, it was really a scary time on both campuses. It made us feel relieved when he was finally arrested, and that it was WSU campus police officers doing their diligence to help identify him! My niece now is taking online courses and lives nowhere near the universities. Her father graduated from WSU’s criminology program years ago, the same department where BK was teaching and working on his PhD.

Did you watch the one where Anne herself tells the judge that the prosecution is turning over everything (AKA Discovery) they've asked for (excluding the FBI DNA stuff)? It would be a shame for someone to be so ignorant of the FACTS by not doing so, and thus believing nothing had been turned over.

This isn’t about discovery. The defence knows what is in the sealed motion. And you’re the one not following the case - or you simply don’t understand the legal system - because the prosecutor is not withholding anything. Numerous discovery requests are not as usual in a case like this. And yes, there is a ton of evidence that has been released publicly. This isn’t even a matter of debate, it’s easily discoverable fact.

It was BK’s gag order, that he wanted and the defense asked judge Marshall for. And the state later agreed. This gag order, only works in BK’s favor. When you don’t know all the evidence, It allows for the public to start blaming innocent people. And the public starts to point their fingers at the surviving victims. It takes the blame, so far away, from the actual charged quadruple murderer. It allows for the public, to start gaining pity for BK. And taints the jury pool in his favor. BK gained a huge fan club and cheerleaders, rooting for his innocence, while the 2 surviving victims, get harassed and hated. Makes no sense people.

Try to pay attention. They say in this very video that the only reason he asked for the motion to be sealed was because the prosecution was going to do that. BOTH sides wanted the motion sealed. And no, he doesn’t have a right to unseal that which the court has sealed. He can ask for it, but he doesn’t have the right to overturn a court decision.

They have been very unfair to Bryan (the innocent until PROVEN guilty). There are quite a few others that were around these students moments before the crime happened but were cleared early. This case has so many suspicious actions and secrets it’s obvious they want Bryan to be their patsy because if not, the truth will make high ups look bad. I feel he’s innocent.

Why would they care enough to hide those other kids’ guilt? They’d have no reason to do that. Bryan was a college student also. The probable cause document and others are way way way too coincidental. What are they gonna say when they reveal his car’s gps is right outside the home during the murders, amongst going over his search history. He probably looked up the murders on google when he went back to house at 9am, but how would he know otherwise when the cops weren’t called til noon. Boom! If they have that, he’s dead in the water and these conspiracy theorists will look even more stupid! 🤣

The really weird filings he has his attorney make are starting to make me think he’s guilty. They do some bizarre filings but then, this entire case is bizarre from the house to the school Only caring about money to the cops. It’s all bizarre

So butthurt. The defense has only objected to the prejudicial coverage and mishandling of cameras. They wanted a transparent public preliminary hearing. It’s the prosecution that went the one-sided secretive grand jury route.

Nice try, but no. Defense argued for the media cameras to be removed from the courtroom. It’s very clear if you read the memorandum they wrote regarding it. And they were not looking for a transparent public preliminary hearing, they wanted a preliminary hearing so that they have the opportunity to test the evidence before trial. There is nothing shady about going through a grand jury, it is standard practice.

This case is shady, I hope we get to see all the evidence against him. Why the 8hr time delay, why were other students called before the police?! Where were the other roommates, how did they not here the others crying for help or sounds of a madman running through the house?! This is a Very Fishy Case!! They put all their eggs in one basket with BK, what if there's a killer still out there?! 😮
