I get out of bed at 3am every morning and watch your videos at least two hours you have helped me in many ways just wanted to say thank you and keep spraying
I absolutely love it! Great job with this lure! Definitely one of my favorites! Thanks for sharing and really appreciate what you do! You are a master of your craft!
I think I’ve watched every video you offer on RU-vid. Each time I watch one, I think it can’t get any better but every one just gets better and better. Awesome. Thanks for the detailed review at the end.
That’s awesome creation with the shad pattern and the way the swim bait came out. I totally forgot about all the different color shifts and how you can spray black on it, but I didn’t even know they come out with a mirror chrome because I’ve been looking for all the other chromes and this is helpful because my brain is like a sponge and I’m trying to soak in everything I possibly can from all these different videos and like I said before I haven’t watched no other custom Lure painter besides you. You do awesome work and I absolutely love it that someone like yourself teach all of us the people that watch the videos that are pretty much learning from you and then taking what you give us and running with it. Thank you sir.
I have planes to start painting but have never done it. I really want a video how you should think about the color choise and what angle to paint in and so on. You the master!!
Thank you, I’m going to be honest color choice is what inspiration I get to do whatever lures im doing, I sometimes go outside the box and sometimes I go for realism.
Clever approach using the black scale and then adding the color shift. I like the use of the loom to put the scale patten in place. I wonder if you could tape a craw pattern to the loom to minimize holding the template in place with your hand?
You forgot the modeling on the other side along the length of the bait, so you are Human! A very awesome paint scheme, Spaz Stix paints are wonderful, easy to apply, 10-15PSI, very easy clean up with Acetone, drys very fast, but you do need air movement! It will make you fuzzy!
Excellent craftsmanship! Do you mind sharing where you find your scale material in the loom? I really like that idea for locking the bait in! I have been building jigs for a while now, but interested in getting in to painting my own baits too. I have been doing a lot of video watching to learn the ins and outs. Really enjoy your videos. Especially from a fellow Georgia guy!
