This is my first watch of Levar Burton Reads, and it will NOT be the last. I grew up watching Reading Rainbow, and I thank you for inspiring me to explore my imagination, and read.
The most wonderful part of this video is Mr. Burton's take after the reading. True to life! Right your wrongs. As quickly as you can. Especially wrongs against other people. Because looking back will never allow you to see what's in path. And it might hurt your neck.
Absolutely love listening to this man. He has an amazing voice for this. It just feels like... home, like a family member is reading to us around the fireplace on a winter night. Pure warmth and comfort. I had my children grow up on Reading Rainbow (and Jordi of course!). I work with children and my dream would be to be 1/1000th the literacy influence this man has been.

This was an awesome story. IMO it’s true no such thing as a second chance. If this is by any chance winds up happening when I die I’ll probably take the door to go poof. The thought of leading the same life over and over is exhausting.
