Do you think any kind of trans activism was necessary in recent years? I feel like people like yourself were accepted by most people, and this new trans activism is actually creating a problem.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I do feel very sorry for anyone suffering from gender dysphoria, but that sympathy shouldn’t extend to trying to convince the rest of the world that boys can be girls if they just want it enough. I feel more sorry for the children who have made these decisions and come to bitterly regret some of the extreme & of course irreversible body modifications they chose. Even one person affected by that is too many, and these decisions should only be made by adults. It’s a very bizarre world where telling the truth about basic biological things is hate speech.

Every time I come across the statement “trans rights” I ask what they actually are. Turns out nobody seems to know! By and large most people who are diagnosed as having gender dysphoria and choose to transition usually try and integrate into their chosen gender. Nowadays I’m sensing a growing animosity towards the trans community due to their, frankly, outrageous demands. I believe the onus should be on the trans person to integrate as best they can into society, not for society to be forced into the trans world, for actual language to be adapted, misconstrued and downright abused to suit a baseless fantasy is itself a travesty.

Fair enough, if a boy wants to act like a girl for a bit, fine, similarly if a girl wants to act like a boy, again, go for it, however, given that the human body and mind does not stop growing and developing until we are about twenty five, then everything should be flexible. That means any intervention should only be carried out if it’s fully reversible until the person is into their twenties. Controversial I know, but it would probably mean less heart break further down the line.

I’ve heard several testimonies from mainly girls who bitterly regret any form of medical transitioning, and it’s heartbreaking. They were in so much pain mentally trying to comprehend what they’ve done to themselves, things they couldn’t possibly have done without more mature adults helping them out through every step. Anyone making money from that or pushing their thinking on to kids should be ashamed of themselves.
