As someone from Assam, I would say Gaurav Gogoi's mind is still busy determining the sexes of fishes. He should concern himself with _mota maas, maiki maas._ His area of expertise. Also, it is amazing that, a person whose father made a fortune from all the flood relief funds from the centre, talks about integrity. These people should have been investigated for holding properties disproportionate to their income. Guess, since most BJP ministers are also enjoying these benefits, no one bothers to do so.
