Ive had it now over 30 years. I believe it began bc of extreme stress from raising a special needs baby alone and working in high stress job. But it was gradual and morphed from EBV, insomnia, anxiety..who knows. But finally got official diagnosis a few years back Then found Miguel. Jyst started watching vids, understandinf its more my brain than body. Still working on it but better and better

Excellent video from both of you. I couldn't agree more. 1. overcome the fear with hope 2. don't push, but expand and then a stabilising adjustment phase 3. feel good feelings more intensely again And slowly, slowly life will get back to normal, even perhaps somehow better than before the illness.

Hey miguel, I really wanted to say something to you: even though I personally have a lot of questions (and am a bit of a skeptic about a lot of things) and would love to hear a story because I personally would find it very interesting to hear from me/cfs who have had this for 20 or more years and it wasn't caused by a virus, I definitely want to say a big thank you to you and the coaches. you are helping so many suffering people who are falling through the medical system and who don't know what is happening to their bodies, who are desperate and frustrated and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving so many people a new life and new hope and that you are passing on so much of your knowledge ❤

hey miguel, is there a connection with cfs n hypersensitive nervous system with a bad weak thyroid like hypothyroidism or hyper? like if u have cfs from stress does it also mean u have a bad thyroid? or no? did u ever get ur thyroid looked at when u had cfs? did u take thyroid medication?

Do you have any tips on how to respond to the mental symptoms of CFS? I tend to let the depression and anxiety take over, it’s really hard bc im house bound and can’t do much to distract myself.
