When I was in the CID we were allocated these jobs to investigate. To be honest I avoided them like the plague. They are easy to prove as long as you have clear attribution. The evidence in the Edwards case was very clear hence the early guilty plea. Remove the child abuse out of the case but consider the fact that the images have to be viewed and graded. In my day it used to be 1-5 with 5 being the worst. It's changed now to A- C. The police officer has to view those images. I have seen terrible, horrific images that have stayed with me even now. They mentally scar you.

I think aiding and abetting falls under the Accessories and Abettors Act of 1861. Nothing is happening in a vacuum. This gives cause to search. In fact, the pair of them always gave me the creeps, there is a few others on the corrupt BBC that I'm uneasy about as well, but we'll see. The BBC needs to independently investigate ASAP there have been to many of these incendents over the years, how high does the go? Look at what they have done to Doctor Who, grooming the next generation. No new laws to protect children but more to silence parents, says it all.

He has five now adult children and I shudder to think what's going on in their family. What a vile creature he must've been, so close to his own children when they were little.
