I also very much appreciate that with these "Play with me" arrangements he presents newer players with performances that they can aspire to imitate, staying in the middle range, playing slowly and melodically- a real gift to the trumpet students of the world! Having quit trumpet in 8th grade, I recently started playing again 50 years later. When my music teacher asked what piece of music I would like to work on, this was the one I chose!
