“Dile No…Al Mocco!! Activity - “Freezing for the Causa” East Windsor 2024 Panther Plunge 

Dile No al Mocco activity 2/17/24. We got invited to the East Windsor -2024 Panther Plunge and Figured we would make a vlog. It is a great Self Care activity and a good cause all funds raise were donated to the East Windsor Fuel Bank.
Some benefits of cold plunging: “The practice also serves as a treatment for long-distance endurance athletes who are prone to heat stroke. Cold plunges may have a positive effect on stress management as well”.
