The lawsuit surely is nonsense I think, it's part of the buildup and hype probably. It will turn out to be nothing in the courts, and it was just to hype the fans up. After all you can attempt to sue anyway, however most cases fail. And it's like this time as well, since her and Logan winning the lawsuit leans on them being able to prove that Dillon hacked some account, which they won't be able to prove, since that isn't even a real thing. Plus the photos Dillon has, they existed on the internet prior and there is evidence of that by literal dated photos via even reverse image searches, so there is literally no logical way that Logan and his amateur pornstar GF could win this lawsuit, unless the American legal system is like some illogical kangaroo court where logic plays no role in anything.

Obviously, Dillon can’t defame Nina with pictures that are already in the public domain, so I imagine he’s safe on that front. I think where he may have a problem is the photoshopped pictures he’s posted and some of the comments he’s made, such as implying she has HIV, which definitely could, legally, be considered defamation. All this nonsense about him having committed federal crimes and going to jail is absolutely ridiculous; didn’t Logan call Dillon a predator or some such nonsense over it too? Predator might not be the exact word he used but it was something along those lines, like, a heavy word that’s far too extreme for the situation.
