@@LovelyEucalyptusTree-xr9no there are safety subs+desired results subs. Also u can just listen to health subs in general, or just affirm in your head that you will be safe+comfortable. Ug subs are usually forced, so if u have ur desired results already then you should stop listening, if you want more results, listen in slight moderation. 💖 and you can always listen to a reverse results sub if you lose too much muscle and/or weight. There are flat affs and narrow affs. Therefore when using this your hips will get smaller and your chest will get flatter. But that’s only a small fraction of the affs. Otherwise the affs are weight loss.
