It’s funny you compared the Audi in there I went from my 2021 f150 to the 2022 Audi sq5 I think they might use the same manufacturer for there cameras both very good quality. Not fair on the dodge but no one likes them anyway lol
So what were the models you compared? What years was each car? My gmc is shit with no lighting but top notch with lighting. My sister's chevy is clearer that every one you showed. Also can depend on the package you get.
My ford dont need backup cameras im the driver with common sense and btw its a 2004 f150 fx4 4wd best goddamned ford youll ever own and also has the 5.4 3V triton one of fords best motors and whike others may disagree i gitta say why else would ford stick with the same engine for over two decades

Dodge is literally the same… Chevy has terrible quality back up cameras though I’ll definitely give you that. My explorer had that super fancy back up camera, but it didn’t work very well in the rain.
I made that comment. And you want to know the most embarrassing thing Ford in there mid-cycle refresh tried to get in on Dodge's big screen integrated panel by building a big stupid screen in the middle of the truck the only problem is they use the camera from the old truck which has the wrong aspect ratio so now when you back up in a Ford with the big-screen Mustangs look like Matchbox cars and people look goofy tall. The aspect ratios totally off but would you expect from a truck built to a price point for generic customers
@@greengoat5654 no, actually I'm a service tech that specializes in this and if you do any research whatsoever the infotainment systems in Ford Lincoln Vehicles rank among the lowest and most prone to malfunction says every rating system in existence and the reason most Ford cars are in the not recommended status by most reviewers and one of the most trouble prone areas, and it's all because they cheap.on the software
