“Freedom of use” - a lecture by Anne Lacaton, Laureate of The Daylight Award 2011 

Anne Lacaton (France) is an award-winning architect and part of the duo Lacaton & Vassal. Reuse of the existing materials and integration of daylight in the standard construction has brought a strong social dimension to their design, and has become their signature architecture.
Lecture was given at the 7th VELUX Daylight Symposium “Healthy & climate-friendly architecture- from knowledge to practice” that took place in Berlin on 3-4 May 2017.
Lacaton & Vassal are the Laureates of The Daylight Award 2011 and Anne Lacaton is the jury member of The Daylight Award 2020.
