This is so pretty and thanks for giving that plum color you made more prominence because it's a very pretty color. I know your client will be thrilled. Do you ever wonder if your clients knew how you achieved your results they would be shocked. I can just hear someone say, "what you blew with a silicone straw?" Truly the pearl effects would be mystifying and quite actually really is. It's all chemistry I know, a subject which was a foreign language to me. Elyse Fournier did a video showing the chemical reactions of acrylic paints when forming fractals and it was truly fascinating as she added more colors and the colors would flow into the rivers of color and branch out into those fractals. It was so satisfying to watch and she had beautiful music with it and it was so artistically done and some idiot gave her a thumbs down and I simply couldn't believe that someone would do that. I guess there are people who never have an inquisitive thought ever. I love your work, you know that and your inquisitive mind makes beautiful art.
Good Heaven's, Sara! I was wondering how I missed this beauty!! Then I remembered, umpteenth times hospitalized with sepsis, back and foot surgeries!🙄 Glad those are behind me. This is absolutely gorgeous, this is the style, composition I love the most. And those colors🥰🥰🥰 the negative space, pearls and whispies. But no matter what you do they are all beauties!!! Thanks Sara!!
God bless your soul, honestly. This video is everything ❤️. Thank you for your art, your time, your talent and your wisdom. What a gift you’ve shared here today, and I appreciate you ❤️. Keep creating. You are inspiring people you have never met every day.
@@SaraTaylor this piece is still one of my favorites and I watch it frequently. My gratitude is real and I continue to appreciate your generosity is sharing your gift. Many blessings 🙏🏻.
Thank you Sara for taking us through the whole process of this gorgeous painting. I cannot begin to tell you how much I love watching and learning from you. These colours are stunning.
Beautiful! I lived in Idaho for 8 years loved it! I think painting and looking out at the snow would be fantastic! All that white and then all the colors you could paint! Keep on keeping on Sara love your work!
Thank you so much for sharing. I love lacing (cloud?), but I love the illusion of control with paints following their nature. It gives me joy. And the world needs more joy.
Sara, I love your work. It is so natural and organic. It’s not just a bunch of little curly cues and shapes that don’t come naturally in nature. I caught the little string of hearts in the first showing and then noticed they were gone when you worked more on your canvas. I like it much better without the hearts. Watching you gives a poor old woman Hope. I live in a tiny apartment and the only place I have it’s on top of my washing machine. I am in there daily trying to learn this natural form of painting. Keep up the good work. I too, am the mother of a premature baby. She was born in the 60’s and there was not the sophisticated equipment we had now. She did survive and lived a wonderful 49 years before a stroke took her away. She did leave me with two wonderful grandchildren and I live because of them. I wish you so much love for your babies.
It is so obviously clear how much you love creating your art. You must, considering how much calm it gives me watching you. Your finished pieces seem to have an organic flow to them, as if the paints knew where to go and you just helped them along. Beautiful works of art, I love it!
Hi Sara! I’m a newbie & I’ve just subscribed to your Chanel! I enjoyed watching this & found it informative & helpful. I’ve been making my own canvasses & this morning I’ve been doing the gesso 2nd coat (making my own gesso). I’ve been pouring paint since Christmas to establish a hobby cos I’m retiring at the end of this month. I was just as interested in listening to your children crashing around upstairs - hope they didn’t trash the place! My grandchildren have gone to the park with their dad today so I had time to mess around up in my new art studio today - making a piece for our Plummer who’d rather have a painting than cash when he fixes me a new en-suite up there! Cool, eh! I shall follow your creations with interest as it was full of helpful info. Love & hugs from Wiltshire in UK xx
So happy to have found you!!. This is what I've been missing in my acrylic pour life. Thank you so much. Can't wait to play with the pearl technique. 😊
Dont let anyone tell you, you over work your art. You do absolutely beautiful art. I love them all. If I could make just one painting like yours I would be in heaven 💞💖💗
Love this!!! And I disagree with the overworking your paintings. This is your vision and your creativity. There is no wrong doing what so ever. I think you are super talented!! Thank you for posting!
Sarah what a beautiful painting and also what are unique way you have a painting. It looks easy but I can guarantee you having tried it it is not. So kudos to you
So pretty. Your color palette and style is uniquely you. Kind of like looking at Ange Miller’s art...it’s very distinctive. Thanks for walking us through your thought process. One of these days I’m going to try my hand at your technique again...☺️👍❤️
Thank you so much for talking thru and sharing your process. I will try it, but I'm sure I will not come even close to you. You have a "touch" that is truly your own. Just beautiful!!
Thank you Sara .. until today I kept wondering where the cloud over part was happening ,,, I could see by the changes that something had "gone over" but never saw a blow over or any "overs" that I could see. And today you showed me ...just a line of the right paint mix and it spreads and so many beautful things happen. I have been drawn to people who direct their paints ... wow you are so talented .. from the depth of the colours you mix to the intuitive last fine lines, you are a true artist ... thank you for your teaching ...btw I love that you start your works with pouring but for you that is just the beginning of a wonderful journey each time ...mmmmm
I’m so glad this cleared things up, I can see why it was a little confusing when I speed up my videos. Thank you so much for the beautiful complement! These are the things that keep me motivated to keep putting my art out there.🙏✨
Your paintings not only mesmerize me they are so relaxing to watch you create beautiful harmony and magic❤ I always watch each one two or maybe a few more times. 💕❤💕
this is very beautiful 😍. it was the first time that I see that somebody put a little bit of paint to the canvas before starting to put on the base coat. it was very helpful. that's the reason why my paintings often don't come out in a good way. thank you for sharing. Greetings from Naples 😚
Oh Sara, I have run out of amazing descriptors for how much I love all your paintings! And this instructional video was so helpful. The painting is exceptional!
Sarah! Thanks so much for this exquisite tutorial of why and how you fell in love with this cloud over technique! Explaining why you do certain things at specific times and all that can happen! You are a wonderful teacher, because I could feel and see what you created and the emotion for it! I need that! We all need it! Shine on SISTA! You are a gift!! Enjoy the outdoors!! This was the best painting class ever!!! Happy Saint Patty's!!
Happy Saint Patty’s to you! What an articulate thing to say, really warms my heart. Getting in the flow and letting go of inhibition is so incredibly fun and healing! I hope we all have these moments and don’t take ourselves too seriously.👌✨
