" On probation " for stupid shit , too . Not hardened criminals but someone who forgot to pay tickets or couldn't afford to pay fines . In my municipality , they still had traffic court but the citizens couldn't enter the courthouse. 🤔 People couldn't fight tickets or judgements ( in civil court ) . All the bottom feeders made a mint!

they love that sort of employee in the DOC, no matter the state. The more ignorant, tyrannical and abusive they are, the further up the idiot chain of command they get. That's why at all levels, in any LEO organization, the further up the chain of command, the more criminal the individual has to be to maintain his position. To be in that position of leadership, he has to protect the lower level gang members. Which is why they allow their subordinates to abuse, and even murder others without consequence. Without consequences for violating individual rights, then their organizations are criminal gangs, not law enforcement. There is a huge difference.
