good tip on being in front of the attacker and try to be in the middle of the hitting arm.

That will have success, only if you're very tall and your hands can swing left/right like that. If you're shorter, you have to make a big leap left or right at the last moment to succeed (I'm 1,89)

please could you confirm or revoke that the BLOCKING player can catch the ball and "throw" it to any direction?-like in 6volley or must the block be just like solid hands and the ball must just bounce of the hands?? rules doesnt decribe this . thank you
