He needs some fresh air. My frenchie has the window open in the car all year round, even in winter. Please listen to his breathing (pant) and open the window in the car for him!! Even when its cloudy outside and not too hot it gets really hot for dogs in the car. People dont realize that. Just look how miserable he looks. Let him sit by the window with it half open. That pant is a serious sign you need to be careful about, especially when it comes to frenchies!
