My friends who run a bussiness literally did it. He usually would say "ah... The manager isnt around today... Lemme get the owner..." The karen usually respond "Yeah... Lemme talk to the owner" He then walk back, and comes out with a hat. "Congratulations... You just talked with the owner".. A regular comedy while i was working there..
My husband looks really young for his age. He's a manager in a grocery store and gets asked that quite a bit. When he says I'm the manager, they look confused and somewhat suspicious. One lady even told him he way lying.
I was the youngest manager at Target in my district, I was 22 when I promoted. Anyway, I’d have Karens look me up and down when I told them I was the manager that day. Some would start cussing and making a show, I never put up with it and just asked them to leave. They change their tune real quick because I wouldn’t let them check out unless they apologized
The same thing happens to me at the fast food place I work at, admittedly I am young for a manager, but still a manager nonetheless and I've had people give me really disbelieving looks when I tell them that I am in fact a manager.
"Don't scare off this person that we're about to hire", I felt that one. I was training a new guy two weeks ago and one of our customer's neighbors freaked out on him like three days into the job, his wife called in a complaint to the office, caused a bunch of drama. I'm grateful the guy has stuck with it because we were over worked, but I had to make it clear that was not the average response.
Karen: “I would like to speak to the manager” Milad: “I am the manager” Karen: “No I want to speak to the real manager” I’ve had that happen to so many times it’s hilarious lol

here’s what you should do: karen: “let me speak to the manager” you: okay ma’am (or mister), i will get the manager. then you go into a different room and put on a fake mustache you come out of room; “hello i am the manager what do you want”
I once to a subway where there was a new guy in training all kind of stressed out by the people in line (like 5 or 6 myself included) and I told them "Hey chill it's your first day, just work at your pace and do a good job" that guy gave me a free cookie and I felt good with myself :)
Hey, that clear pitcher shown at 0:10 is one I designed when I worked for a plastics company about 14 years ago. Glad to see they are still using my design :D
milad : "what do you want?" karen : "i want to speak to the manager" milad : "im the manager" karen : "no real manager" _milad goes inside_ _milad go outside with different apron_ milad : "im the manager can i help you?"
Usually the only time I ask to talk to a manager is to give a compliment. I do this a lot with new employees to let them know that I appreciate them and to encourage them. But new or not, I like to make sure managers know that their staff did a great job and made my day. 😌
Whenever I encounter a new employee making my order, I Always give them a tip no matter how long it took them. I do it in hopes it'll make their day easier plus when they get home, they can brag they got a good tip on their first day. Nothing like that feeling you get when you first get a job and earn your own money.
Yep you're speaking truth my guy I'm starting my first day of subway today in 2 hours your videos have helped me a lot and hopefully I don't get no patience customers🙌🙌

Whenever my grandparents had visited us, we sent to this restaurant and there was this one employee that we all loved. He had memorized our orders and knew exactly the specifics of them like if we wanted it with butter or no butter or if we wanted some syrup for our pancakes or not. That employee was honestly the best guy my family had met at a restaurant.
@@stasysjasinskas9838 Not supposed to operate without oversight, if it's really just one person they had better be the manager or the manager is out on a 5 min smoke break.
@@ThaNoobTuber. I went to a Subway today where only one employee was running the show. Additionally, he was new and did not know how to input a receipt survey coupon code for me to get 2 free cookies. There was no manager on-site to help either.
Karen: “I’d like to speak to the manager!” Milad: “Ah but you see *tips glasses up and Giorno’s theme starts playing* I am the manager.” Karen: “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH”

Just get a job at Subway. Like a Karen actually knows the difference? Besides, it's Subway, you could get hired/fired in a weekend, have some fun while at it, and also make a few bucks. Make Karens ashamed again. Never relent, always openly mock em.
If i am a customer and someone new is learning to make my sub then I would be so amazed 😩 like he's literally learning a new thing and i am looking at him how cool... It's actually satisfying to watch your sub in making tho rather than eating 😌
This is why I am so kind to fast food workers (unless it's obvious wrong doings). It makes me sad some people feel the need to excessively apologize to me when something goes wrong at their job that they have no control over. Things aren't always convienent but you can be nice.
You have way more patience with customers than me man. More power to you! I worked in food service for quite a few years back in the day, and I always started out super nice. Greeting them, smiling, asking how their day was, etc etc because I genuinely cared and love a good conversation or story. But if someone was really being rude for some reason out of my control and would ask for a manager or something after I tried offering a solution I’d literally just tell them “nope, I don’t deal with rude people like you, so now I couldn’t care less what your problem is.” Some Customers have disgusting attitudes. Literally the best feeling ever is verbatim telling a mean one to go f**k themselves right to their face and then just seeing their reaction. Did that a few times and it turned my day around IMMEDIATELY afterwards. Companies that expect their front line workers to take abuse all day are just as bad as the customers IMO. But either way, love the vids! Take care
Facts man! I work at a gas station and I swear, 85% of the costumers are straight up assholes, super rude, they honk their horns at the slightest delay, crappy stuff in general...
Karen: "Let me speak to the man-" Milad: "I am the manager" Karen: "Let me speak to the own-" Milad: "We are the owners" Karen: "Well, let me speak to the elder" Milad: "Mam, get the f*ck out of here" Karen: *death stare, *tut*, storms out* 20 minutes later... Jeff walks in
I always loved using the line im the manager. Any time ive had to use it, it was to someone who just wanted to complain because they werent getting their way and it was always satisfying to watch the realization set in that no, they indeed wont get their way
I moved to the Philippines a few years ago, and there are Subways here, but not close to my location. I found your channel a few days ago, and felt immediately nostalgic. I miss Subway sandwiches.
Love crystal boba! We need more boba shops in PA!!!! I’m just gonna have to start making my own! Crystal boba tho... I’m gonna have to learn how to make that!
