I rode street wheels for a long time. After my second bail cause of bad road conditions I got AT. First one was dark, didn't see a massive bump, and at the speed I was going, no way to go over this thing safely, it was just a huge bump for my 97mm. The second time was a manhole that was partially paved over and difficult to spot of you weren't looking for it. I was doing deep carves at speed and it was just enough to flip me right off, worst bail I've had yet since it was mid deep carve I fell immediately, no chance to skid, just all impact...
Around my house, the road is full of small pebbles, the street wheels i hardly to run, I use aires AT wheels 150 mm. so far so good for me. Unfortunately i can't use air tire cuz thorn everywhere i go.
That's my entire town right there lol , looks like ur an actual skater using some the moves used on regular boards dodge sketch . Iv been riding since the time before concave was invented lol.
Great video! This is great for someone new who isn't confident with street wheels on bad roads! in NJ it's a dice roll what kind of roads we will get at any time of year lol
Well done, I do the same thing when I’m going down rough sidewalks. That way I’m not hitting every line straight on and just one at a time. Definitely helps break up impact and smooths out the ride.
