Dr. Christine Bowen, ND, FABNG presented “IBD Related Conditions and Considerations” at the SCDROCKS Conference 2023 hosted by the Specific Carbohydrate Diet Association at Bellevue College.
Dr. Bowen, ND, FABNG, has decades of personal and professional experience in managing gut imbalance, autoimmune disease, and complex health cases. She has a Board Fellowship in Naturopathic Gastroenterology ~ one of only 11 practitioners in the world with this designation! Dr. Bowen is also Mold-Literate Certified.
Dr. Christine Bowen specializes in restoring digestive function through nutrition and other holistic approaches at the Bothell Natural Health. She has had the pleasure of teaching patients and practitioners about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for many years. She believes that nutrition should be a first line therapy whenever possible and that supplements, medications and digestive/allergy testing should be considered only after nutrition has been properly addressed. Christine spearheaded the launch of Inside Health Institute after many years of feeling like patients would be better served by having affordable holistic treatment options and support under one roof. She has had great success helping patients who may have difficult or complicated conditions and is excited to share her clinical experience with all who consult with her. Christine has been practicing in Bothell, Washington since 2007. She is a Northwest native and a 2005 graduate of Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington.
