The arrest warrants have not been issued. They have been applied for. Likewise, the call for ceasefire is only binding on whether the military action may or could be directed at non-combatants. And finally, the Palestinians have a plausible right to be protected they are not at a plausible risk of genocide. A lot of the angst in this conflict is created by misunderstanding and wilful misinterpretation of the ICC and ICJ rulings. Israel remains the only military force on the planet pursuing a war by adhering to international law. This is certainly not the case of Russia in Ukraine let alone the Saudis in Yemen or the Asad regime in Syria - the latter with resulting casualties that run into hundreds of thousands.

There has been quite a few images of Gaza on the telly recently. Not one of the people look malnourished. Yes, civilians are having a bad time there, but I hear/see Muslims going on about dead babies, and starving children, which is horrific, but where are these starving children?

It wasn’t a “ mistake “ the Knesset voted a new motion to “designate UNWRA as a ter ror ist organization “ . The camp was next to an UNWRA building making it a “military target” accord to their new legislation. They can’t claim it was a mistake if they changed their law to legally justify bl owing up a UN Building. All UN buildings are now military targets as per their new law.
