Hi Rob. Really enjoyed reading your book as always. Just wanted to let you know that Feral Human is dog sitting and may not get a chance to see this until after the weekend. As you know, she has a way of watching and commenting as she’s going along. I’ve always wondered about money connected with people who are psychic and basically felt that if you’re asking too much it goes against the use of your abilities. In my view, Kim Carey is the best Psychic and her gentle nature just makes me feel so good when I listen to her. Of course, I listen to many of the others that you mention along with him Sterling and Linda Grindel. Carole, mom is also one of my favorites and I’ve been a patient of hers for a number of years. She is a real sweetheart, and always remembers the problem I have with my eyes. I have mixed feelings about Sylvia Brown. I’ve read many of her books and she’s a good writer and I think she had abilities but I’m not sure if some of that wasn’t put on when she was appearing with Montel. Also, like you said no one can be 100% and when she was wrong people took it way too harshly. Just some private note the cabinet company I worked for until I was 85 did the cabinets in her house and also her son, who is another psychic. But the thing is her prices were just out of line to get a reading. Hope you get back here soon and I like the glasses. Are you sure you don’t want to be like me and even with glasses you can’t see. Thanks Fran, I appreciate it! Yes, it’s kind of an open question about what’s fair to charge for psychic services and want feels like excess? I guess it depends on what people are looking for from it, too. For example, when the NYC psychic does an appearance it’s usually for 2500-3000 people, so what are the chances of being picked from the audience? Whereas for those of us who know about awesome psychics like Kim, Tarot Mom and others then you can have a much more personal detailed experience. I mean I’ve watched some Matt Fraser videos too. He seems to get accurate info during his readings on TV and people get a lot of comfort from them. But I’m less interested in watching him because it feels more showy. But maybe he’s a bridge into the larger community for those who are skeptical. In other words, I don’t know!

I may have told this story before but when I was a kid I’d hear Sylvia Brown on the radio and was totally turned off. I thought she came off as a know it all and I didn’t find her credible. But this is when I was an atheist. My mom listened to her sometimes and likes her but wasn’t a super fan or anything. But looking back now I bet she was legit as a reader but when it became a career then there was constant pressure to pump out “product” and content and therein lies the danger of something you once loved possibly turning into something mundane. And also, psychics were considered far less credible then, so she was kind of on her own, I bet. I’m trying to see all sides of it, as I’m sure you are too.

Yes, I’ll take goofy looking glasses over no sight at all. I appreciate my sight every day. It’s amazing how well they can compensate with contacts too. A modern miracle. I wish there was something more that could be done for your eyes too. Big hugs to you and bubba.

Thanks D! Yeah, that's kind of the formula, by accident. Everything overlaps and is interconnected anyway, as you know. The universal, the personal, the political, the magical, etc.

I really need to get your books Rob, they're so interesting and well-written. I was listening to this overnight (again) and dreamed we were in my kitchen talking about Linda G. I was ice skating around the island in my kitchen while we were talking. But i was using those stupid skates with the double blades that i never liked. Not quite the olympic dreams you have, yet oddball just the same 😅

Thanks Kat, I love hearing that! I love the dream too :-> I don't see any reason why you shouldn't skate around the island while we're talking about Linda G. It's fun and funny. That's what I like. Speaking of dreams, a few nights ago I dreamt about owning some kind of magical cat that has almost human intelligence. It spoke in full sentences and kind of glowed magically. I know my cat Shay understands things I say and he comes when called. Animals get smarter and more aware the more you talk with them, wouldn't you agree? You actually see their eyes change over time, reflecting more consciousness. True with horses too?

@robfalgiano Wow that's an amazing dream! Not that I'm surprised but still that's some incredible dream content. And that is an astute observation about how our animals can kind of evolve as a result of our love and attention. It's a process. Difficult situations with my animals when they crop up, tend to offer growth and learning experiences for me as well. So a two-way street I guess.

RE: Money and Psychics I'm with you. $25 - $30 per ticket seems reasonable to pay to fill an arena for a psychic show. If you're gonna pay $100 to be one of many in a venue, it makes more sense to put that money into a one-on-one reading, with someone you trust.

That's a great point. The NYC psychic charges above $100 now. But probably much of the general public doesn't even know how many great readers there are all over the world they could choose from. But maybe in time they will. New psychics seem to pop up on youtube all the time. It feels like it's growing.

RE: Quora I have also found some interesting comments posted on Quora. When I ask my random google questions, they (Quora) often show up as an option, and I will sometimes go and look if I'm intrigued with what little bit is posted, to read further. I really like the first comment you read about God being lonely. It was very well thought out by the commenter. However, I'm having a hard time imaging God as lonely, IF he's experiencing everything through us (and I'm not just limiting that to humans), how would he have time to be lonely? Or, IF he were lonely, wouldn't it just make sense to create a Goddess for him to also experience everything with?

Yeah, I like Quora too. I think I get a daily email from them, which I sometimes ignore but often click on. The algorithm learns what you're curious about. I use it the same way you do. Yes, the first commenter went deep. When I wondered if god was lonely, I guess I meant before god created anything else besides itself. Like, what the heck would that feel like, if that's even the right way to think about it. And then one solution to that loneliness might be creating all of THIS and US, yes. And perhaps many other things and beings too. I like your idea of god (if 'male') creating a goddess to share it with. It's kind of romantic. Could this be where 'divine feminine and masculine' come from?

@@robfalgiano Yeah, I'd forgotten that part, that it was BEFORE creation. I did feel like I'd missed something, so that must have been it. OK, I realize that God isn't male, but we're just so used to saying "he" that it's hard to break. However, the divine feminine and masculine IS something to consider, and perhaps you are right!

@@feralhuman You really raised an interesting point. I mean, why are there two genders? (I realize some people feel neither male nor female, or both.) There didn't have to be two since some species like worms have both male and female sexual organs. Or what if god is female and created men for company?

@@robfalgiano OK, here's my personal theory, and Spoiler Alert, you're not gonna appreciate it, but after reading it, you'll say, Yeah, she would say that! I believe man was created first, then God PERFECTED humans when he created woman AFTER that. I mean, he improved on it after seeing how the first attempt worked out. Just sayin. (sorry, not really sorry) hah!

I kind of do believe there's some kind of cosmic reset going on between the feminine and masculine. It's coming to some kind of head too. I mean, most of 45's support comes from MEN. White men. And if he actually appears like a model of masculinity to other men, then what the hell does that say?

RE: Mr. Mustache IF he's who I think he is, he always seemed too full of himself for me. And yes, I could definitely see him as being flamboyant, which is off-putting when you want to believe someone has actual skill in something that isn't exactly mainstream. Maybe moreso now, but still.

He definitely has the gift. The readings left no doubt, and that's when he was most relatable. I tried to be fair to him while really wondering how commercialization affects accuracy. I'm sure that some manage it more skillfully than others.

Sorry this has taken me SO long to view, Rob! I was having internet problems with my desktop all weekend, plus problems with texting or calling with my phone. Yeah, mercury in retrograde, man. (either that, or Elon Musk's satellite internet was having an issue this weekend, as that is what my son uses for his house in the boonies, where there isn't any regular internet providers) Anyway, now on to my first comment on the video. Cheap Glasses: I've got cheap readers in just about every room here, and I can tell you from experience, if the frames are metal, you can - if you're careful and not too rough - bend them to straighten them out so they sit on your face more equally. Having said that, I actually prefer you in glasses, and would never make fun of you for wearing them, regardless of what kind of glasses you have on. Just sayin.

No problem. You're never obligated to comment and you're not on the clock. I don't know if I've noticed this retrograde as much as some others. But I know some days it seems like literally nothing works right and then I figure I should stay at home. Yes, I can bend those cheapies a bit. Although I almost think it's more amusing to leave them slightly crooked.
