You’re songs are just so relatable, and I’m just some 18 year old kid who grew up on a chicken farm in Rhode Island- I’ve always loved to make music and you inspire me. Tbh this song relates to a encounter i have had so bad i had goosebumps when i first listened to it and listen to it every-time i still get chills especially if i am near the house and property or even the road where i have had these encounters... Its so realistic for me ... I honestly feel like he might have seen the same thing i did!

RoGuExPaNcAkE actually the Mohican tribe stretched all the way to Oklahoma and to Louisiana. Do some research. I know I was confused a few years ago myself about the who's and where's pertaining to tribes and I found out they were all over, mixed and mingled. My mom is half black foot Indian, a smaller tribe from the rockies and plains of Montana/Idaho/Wyoming - buffalo indians. Yet they ended up all the way to VA.
My two cents is he saw something in his past. If you paid attention to his Johnny cash music video the dark silouette appears. He compares himself alot to Johnny Cash and Johnny made a song called bitter tears due to him speaking out because it's what he was doing then questioned it. You see alot of Church's new stuff and he does alot of questions about his path. Ryan is still going to be Ryan but you know there's a lot of pressure on the kid and he's definitely wondering if this is what he was supposed to do. He is asking the man in the woods to come back out. It is a fantastic story telling song. #RHEC
Horsepower being a welder is probably the best career path I could ever have chose I love it. It’s hard work but the pay and what you learn everyday makes up for the strain of the job.

That's awesome! I don't know anyone who's a welder so I'll probably have to ask around at different shops and stuff like that. I should probably practice with my little harbor freight welder first before I go around and start asking about apprenticing though.

It's hard to explain but the Mohican he speaks of in this song is something different for different people it's something that will come to you when needed most to warn you from bad decisions or in a place that you don't belong you can go back looking but not find it. It's something that once seen will scare you, make you wonder, and then you will realize that it's something that was a blessing deep down. If you have seen it then you will understand this song 💯

I have a story that's almost the same as this song I was 15 at the time and I had 2 24 packs of beer in my truck and the cops were chasing me down a dirt road. When I stoped the truck in the middle of a pasture I saw an old man out there with a shovel walking away from us my brother sed let's get the fuck out of here, so I jumped in the pickup and we made it back to my house. To this day I think of that old man I saw that night.

I was deer hunting 12/22/20 430 pm I started to walk out of the woods and this song came true I saw a man on a horse he stopped and made eye contact I spoke and he turned off into the dark this is in the Appalachian Mountains I was not scared. Wanted to talk too the man
