INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 KG WHEAT (HALEEM GHEU)
- 250 GRAMS BARLEY (JAU)
- 250 GRAMS CHANNA DAAL
- 1/2 CUP RICE
SOAK ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS SEPARATELY IN WATER OVERNIGHT
BOIL INGREDIENTS SEPARATELY
- WHEAT WITH 15 CUPS WATER FOR 1-2 HOURS
- BARLEY WITH 10 CUPS WATER FOR 1-1.5 HOURS
- CHAANA DAAL AND RICE WITH 4 CUPS WATER FOR 45 MINS
- 1 KG BEEF BONELESS WITHOUT FAT
- 1 & 1/2 CUP RED ONION
- 3 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
- 3 TBSP SALT
- 2 TBSP DHANIYA POWDER
- 2 TBSP ZEERA (BHUNA KUTA)
- 1 & 1/2 TSP HALDI GHT
- 1 & 1/2 TBSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
- 1 TBSP CHAAT MASALA
- 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
- 3 TOMATOES BLENDED AND STRAINED
- 1 CUP YOGURT BEATEN
FOR BAGHAR
ONIONS 1 FRESHLY SLICED FRIED IN GHEE 1/2 CUP TILL LIGHT BROWN
TO SERVE
CORRIENDER LEAVES CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED
GINGER CUT IN JULIENS
CHAAT MASALA
LEMON CUT IN 4
FRIED RED ONIONS
