I don't know about rights. but people do, in fact, have the freedom to have affairs after being married. it's not like we can deny that there aren't people like that in the world. the main factor would be whether their partner know about it and okay with it or whether they are in an open relationship. but at the end, yeah it's everyone's choice what they want to do with their lives. similarly, it should be their partners' choice to decide whether they want to be in that relationship or not. have you watched 'in the mood for love'? the story revolves around extra marital affairs in a particular circumstance.
