Can I ask what your skincare routine looks like? I have dry skin and the ONLY time I can have a nice makeup look that doesn't flake is when I'm on top of my skincare routine :)
@@allthingsaremadenew236 If you have dry and sensitive skin, I would recommend trying hyaluronic acid (for right after you wash your face to help retain moisture) and squalane oil, which mimics an oil naturally produced by skin that dry skin-type people tend to lack. Both items are available with The Original brand at fairly affordable prices. At night I also have been trying Laneige's Water Sleeping Mask since a friend had provided me with samples, and it's left my skin feeling nice and hydrated in the morning. All I would then need is a layer of my usual moisturizer (CeraVe) before I start applying makeup.
@@allthingsaremadenew236try using thick moisturisers with water to make them a thinner consistency, i try this before i go to bed or after using cleanser and my skin is so soft and smooth!
Something that might help is if you have brown or light hair look into a mascara that is closer to your brow/ hair color. I use it, and it just looks way more natural if I'm going for a "no makeup" look.
hey girl! if you don't want any advice, ignore this comment, but to avoid spreading bacteria and worsen any acne spots, don't apply the applicator straight onto the acne: instead tap the applicator on your (clean) finger and apply it to your spots! 💞
This is perfect for me because I don't have the patience to put on 5 or 6 products 😂 However I tried one of your tutorials and everything came out perfect. So thank you very much.
PERFECT make-up tips.. My mum was a professional beautition/make-up artist in the 60's to early 2000's.. Mum told me these tips too when I was learning to put on make-up 🤗🫶☺️✨️
YESS SO EASY! this is the most simple one I’ve seen. I’m not a fan of putting a lot of make up on my face so this one is for sure one that I’ll start doing🫶🏼
you can use coffee filters instead of paper towels to clean off mascara wands. they won't tear or add any lint to the brush. expensive hack, i know, but you can use one coffee filter for this at least a dozen times if you're careful.
Omg thats totally how i wear makeup!!! But instead of mascara i put on liptint. Some times, i also countour around my face to make my face appear smaller. And thats it! I love it cause i doesn't feel ugly after i remove my makeup (usually with full makeup, i felt ugly after removing it).
Instead of wiping the mascara wand, save a old wand and clean that. After applying the mascara use the clean wand and it will help separate the lashes and remove extra mascara.
This is my exact makeup routine but I also use a Korean bb cream (light-medium coverage) to even out my skin tone cuz I get rosacea sometimes , also it has spf cuz I’m too lazy to wear sunscreen😂
THANK U SO MUCH for the mascara tip, mine always gets clumpy because of the side execs causing uneven application but now I don't gotta worry abt that!
I love this I do this almost everyday lol just w lip gloss or blush sometimes I do glitter eye shadow or something but for everyday I love just some clean girl type makeup😋
Ok hear me out this may sound weird but i do a normal makeup routine but after i put concealer on my under eyes i get out a very light shade of bronzer and tap it all around my eye area so my eye area matches the rest of my skin --- Jess please tell me if this is ok to do i personally feel like it looks better but i want to hear from you ❤❤❤
Guys, I’m not kidding, I stopped wearing makeup for 15 days as an experiment, no skincare (obvs face wash and sunscreen but that’s about it), and my skin has NEVER been clearer. Ever. And brighter. I absolutely love and adore makeup but GUYS
Dont say that. Wear makeup if you want, but remeber that its for fun, not to "make yourself beautiful." You are and so is everyone watching this video❤❤ god loves you and made you who youre meant to be! (Or whoever you believe in)
