Years ago, I saw Clark Terry play Misty. I realized that part of being an artist is to breathe new life into something that we’ve all heard many times. You guys did that here. That is the freshest take on that tune I’ve heard in a very, very long time, maybe ever. That was a master class in phrasing, nuance, and note choice. Bravo!

WOW!! another fantastic video! Walter, out of the hundreds of fingerstyle guitar players I have listened to on the internet, your interpretation is exactly how i have always strived to play! All the influences of Joe Pass, Tal Farlow, Herb Ellis, Kenny Burrell, Barney Kessell, all my favorites, I hear in you! I'm sorry you didn't have enough donations to get the new cd produced, i did my part and was looking forward to it. Fantastic, just fantastic !!! Excellent arrangement. The improv speaks for itself. You guys are indeed pro's. The bridge in harmony was an added touch of professional technique that worked effectively. And the finishing off outro in unisons was a delicate touch. Beautiful piece guys !!! Keep playing guys.
