Palačinke bez brašna:
200 g zobenog brašna (mljevenih zobenih pahuljica)
35 g gustina
Prstohvat soli
2 jaja
360 ml mlijeka
360 ml mineralne vode
2 žl ulja
U blenderu izblendati mlijeko, jaja, mljevene zobene pahuljice, sol i gustin. Smjesu ostaviti pola sata u frižider da pahuljice upiju mlijeko. Prije pečenja izvaditi iz frižidera, dodati ulje i mineralnu vodu, i peći kao i svake druge palačinke. Ako vam pred kraj pečenja smjesa postane gusta možete dodati jos malo mineralne. Iz ove mjere sam dobila 15 palačinki.
Pancakes without flour:
200 g oat flour (ground oatmeal)
35 g starch
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
360 ml of milk
360 ml of mineral water
2 tablespoons of oil
Blend milk, eggs, ground oatmeal, salt and starch in a blender.
Leave the mixture in the fridge for half an hour so that the flakes absorb the milk.
Before baking, remove from the fridge, add oil and mineral water, and bake like any other pancake.
If the mixture becomes thick towards the end of baking, you can add a little more mineral water.
I got 15 pancakes from this measure.
