It's tactically advantageous to concentrate their numbers, rather than disperse themselves throughout the country. Muslims can win a handful of seats and influence parties to pander to them if they wish to win those seats.

When a friend of mine was living in Spain if he ever needed to speak to any official/doctors of the kind then it was up to him to either be able to understand Spanish or have someone translate for him at his own cost they never ever paid it for him

Recent cataract operation out of 6 people 2 English one local of west indian heritage other three had interpreters. Two for Arabic, but had a translator each. From family members was obvious they were not permanent residents.
They should have to pay for a translator because if you are going to live here you need to try and learn the language that will also help with integration if it cost you to not learn our language and Ways

Is the cost of translators not an argument for people immigrating to the UK to be able to speak English before they get residency or citizenship. I remember working on an NHS ward where a lady was seriously unwell and headed to ITU but we could not alleviate any of her anxiety or fear because no one spoke her Chinese dialect. Family were on holiday so not available.
