Kaba didn’t give a dam about a £100,000 car which most people could only dream of. He deliberately rammed police vehicles and simply didn’t care about any risk to lives. He would have known that even if he got away, sooner or later he would be caught. He did all this knowing he was dealing with armed Police. That must have been on the mind of all the officers present who must have firmly believed their lives and the lives of others were at serious risk. The Kaba family attempted to portray him as a saint and have the bare faced cheek to condemn the verdict of a trial that should never have taken place. As for releasing the name of the officer, that’s absolutely disgusting.

Is it any wonder that many armed officers have resigned due to the IOPC and CPS' handling of this case.

This is how it stands, any police officer who is contemplating applying to become an "armed police officer" will be putting his family and himself at risk, it's absolutely disgraceful that the judge named the police officer in question even though he was found innocent in a court of law, had he been found guilty then that would have been a different matter however, he is now in hiding over fear for his safety, it won't come as any surprise if police officers hand in their weapons licences in their droves !

There's no wonder crime is out of control ffs when the police dare not do there job.

Chris Kaba was a 24 year old man who for whatever reason led/chose a life of violence from childhood. Another young black man’s life gone because of his family’s and ‘communities’ inability to look at themselves. Thank goodness no young black lives will be destroyed as a result of Chris Kabas’ life choices.
